About the Job

Join our dynamic recruitment team as a Recruiter Intern, where you'll gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process for a leading global IT service provider. This position offers the opportunity to support various recruitment activities and projects, helping to attract top talent and ensure a seamless hiring experience.

What you do

• Support the screening and evaluation of resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and interviewers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Assist in the preparation and posting of job advertisements.
• Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to represent Allianz Technology.

What you bring

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish at a C1 level.
• Previous experience in the field is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
