We are looking for a Support Engineer for Prisma Browser to support the implementation, operation, and ongoing optimization of Prisma Browser within a global enterprise environment.
In this role, you will act as a technical SME for Prisma Browser-related topics, helping ensure secure and reliable access to corporate applications. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external IT teams, and vendors to support deployments, troubleshoot issues, and maintain service stability across the organization.
TASKS 🚀:
• Support the implementation and operational management of Prisma Browser within the organization.
• Act as a technical SME and main point of contact for Prisma Browser-related topics.
• Configure and maintain browser security settings in collaboration with other SMEs and security teams.
• Provide support for user requests, access issues, and incidents via ServiceNow, ensuring proper triage and escalation when needed.
• Liaise with external IT teams and vendors to support implementation activities and issue resolution.
• Participate in policy management activities using Strata Cloud Manager, including reviews, approvals, and controlled updates.
• Support change management processes and assist in coordinating production releases and validations.
• Contribute to testing activities, design validation, and production readiness with relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor service health, recurring issues, and operational performance of Prisma Browser services.
• Maintain and improve operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge bases.
• Support continuous improvement of secure access policies and browser security configurations.
MUST HAVE:
3-5+ years of experience in IT security, networking, endpoint management, or similar technical support roles.
Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Prisma Access / Prisma Browser or similar secure enterprise browser / SASE solutions.
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (HTTP/S, DNS, proxy, VPN, TLS inspection basics).
Solid knowledge of security concepts such as Zero Trust, Secure Web Gateway (SWG), and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
Experience using incident and request management tools such as ServiceNow.
Basic understanding of identity and access management (Azure AD / Entra ID, SSO, MFA).
Exposure to endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune or similar
Ability to troubleshoot issues across endpoints, browsers, and cloud-delivered security services.
Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Fluency in English is required.

SCHEDULE 🕘:
08h/09h - 17h/18h from Monday to Friday (flexible)
4 days remote, 1 day of office work (Usually Tuesdays).
