Responsibilities: Delivery leadership and agile coaching Lead delivery and Scrum ceremonies e.g. Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum etc., ensuring alignment with platform roadmap and business priorities. Act as Deputy AI Product Owner to strategize, prioritize and execute AI pipelines. Partner with the Product Owner and Chief AI Officer (or delegate) to define and evolve the AI product and platform vision aligned with business and corporate strategy. Support identification and framing of new AI use cases with business stakeholders, including value hypotheses, success metrics and minimal viable product scope. Coordinate PoC delivery activities and consolidate delivery artifacts to support governance reviews and implementation decisions. Manage project timeline and resources, and coordinate across Business, Scrum team and external vendors, ensuring AI solution are delivered on time and within scope. Act as agile coach and servant leader, mentoring team members and promoting adaptive delivery practices tailored for AI experimentation and industrialization. Foster continuous improvement within the squad and actively promote a culture of AI-driven innovation and experimentation in the organization. Backlog and dependency management Assist and manage prioritization across platform epics and AI use cases, ensuring alignment with business value and technical feasibility. Partner with Business and AI Platform Owner to shape and prioritize backlog across platform epics, AI use cases, and technology enablers. Proactively remove impediments and escalate risks/issues with options and trade-offs. Stakeholder collaboration and communication Influence senior stakeholders on scope, prioritization, and trade-offs, ensuring business outcomes are achieved. Communicate regularly with senior stakeholders on progress, risks, change impacts, and decisions. Support discovery workshop, solution walkthroughs, UAT, go-live and hypercare with scrum team and business units. Governance and responsible AI Gather and organize delivery documentation from squads into a structured format for governance and security review. Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, security, and responsible AI standards throughout delivery lifecycle. Support definition and tracking of KPIs, OKRs and control metrics for AI products and corporate AI consumption (e.g. model performance, business outcomes, operational risk indicators) Qualifications: University degree in Business, Information Technology/Systems, or related disciplines. 6-10 years in delivery leadership roles (Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, Project Manager), with proven experience in digital/data/AI initiatives. Experience in insurance/financial services or other large, regulated enterprises is an advantage. Working knowledge of cloud and AI delivery (Azure, Azure AI/OpenAI, CI/CD) sufficient to facilitate technical conversations. Familiarity with LLM/RAG concepts, prompt testing, evaluation, and monitoring considerations. Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, road mapping, backlog management, dashboards and reporting. Strong facilitation, servant leadership, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management across business, data and IT. Able to translate ambiguity into structured delivery plans, with clear scope, dependencies and outcomes. Comfortable operating in fast-paced, experimental settings; proactive, pragmatic and outcome-focused. Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Scrum/Agile: CSM/PSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe or equivalent. Cloud/AI: AZ-900, AI-900 or equivalent.
