Main purpose of the Role: AXA Hong Kong is committed to delivering market-leading employee benefits solutions through operational excellence, digital enablement, and customer-centric transformation. We are seeking a Business Solutions Manager to support large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives through strong project management, change management, and business coordination capabilities, with occasional hands-on business analysis support. This role plays a critical execution and integration function between business users, IT teams, vendors, and change stakeholders to ensure delivery outcomes are achieved on time, within scope, and with strong business adoption. Key Responsibilities: Project & Delivery Management Support end-to-end delivery of complex business and system initiatives, including planning, execution, dependency management, risk mitigation, and benefits realisation tracking Drive alignment across business, IT, vendors, and operations to ensure delivery milestones, scope, and outcomes are met Prepare and manage delivery plans, RAID logs, governance materials including executive reports, Project Steering Committee paper Change & Adoption Management Support business change readiness through impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training coordination Partner with business leaders and frontline users to drive adoption of new processes, systems, and operating models Track post-implementation stabilization issues and continuous improvement opportunities Business Analysis Support business requirement gathering, user story documentation, and process design for selected workstreams Facilitate workshops and working sessions to clarify business needs, validate solutions, and resolve design issues Support testing activities including scenario validation, UAT coordination, defect triage, and business sign-off Governance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with internal governance standards, risk controls, and regulatory requirements Escalate delivery risks proactively and support mitigation planning with senior stakeholders Continuous Improvement & Benefits Realisation Support benefits tracking and outcome measurement post-delivery Identify operational improvement opportunities arising from solution deployment and business process redesign Qualifications & Experience: University degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related disciplines Minimum 5-7 years' experience in project delivery, business transformation, or consulting roles Strong exposure to financial services, insurance, or employee benefits preferred Solid understanding of project governance, delivery lifecycle, and business change management practices Experience working with both business and technology stakeholders in large-scale transformation initiatives About AXA Hong Kong and Macau AXA Hong Kong and Macau is a member of the AXA Group, a leading global insurer with presence in 50 markets and serving 95 million customers worldwide.
