Job overview: As Consumer Credit Product and Reporting Manager, you'll support the effective delivery, coordination and ongoing management of consumer credit and premium finance activities across AXA UK's Commercial and Retail businesses. Your focus will be on providing dedicated resources for product delivery, performance MI, regulatory reporting and governance support. Key responsibilities: Facilitate the Premium Finance Product Governance Forum, tracking actions and decisions. Contribute to product enhancements, market trend analysis and ensure regulatory compliance. Assist in reviewing pricing strategies and managing relationships with key third-party partners. Support the delivery of the Consumer Credit Transformation Programme and prepare materials for governance forums and senior stakeholders. Liaise with Risk and Compliance teams to maintain control frameworks, policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across credit lending and broking activities. Oversee the preparation and management of MI, regulatory returns and performance reports for consumer credit and premium finance. Collaborate with Finance, Risk and Compliance teams to validate data, meet deadlines and escalate risks as needed. Prepare materials for governance forums, executive committees and board meetings. Work arrangements: At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events. Your skills & experience: Experience of working in consumer credit, premium finance or other regulated financial services. Proven ability to deliver or coordinate projects related to products, transformation, management information (MI) or regulatory reporting. Demonstrated skills in analysing performance and risk data. Knowledge of governance, regulatory requirements and assurance processes. Effective stakeholder management and clear communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
