MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: To assist Distribution Training Director to develop long term agency managers training plan, strategies and policies. To manage the agency manager training, ensuring the achievement of the desired outcomes. To uphold the high quality of training programs and training support to all sales channels. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: To design and revamp the training curriculum for agency managers with materials to meet the AXA culture and business goal. To identify training needs & results analysis. To develop and deliver the agency manager training programs in different levels including junior level, middle level and senior level managers To keep the training content & training methodologies updated so as to maintain high quality of training for sales channels. To coach and monitor training team development. To monitor various training projects. To monitor the CPD accreditation and CPD programs To maintain & update training tracking reports To lead the team and participate in different awards competition To lead the AI training project To handle audit/ regulatory review projects To lead the LMS project EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS: University degree of any discipline FLMI, IIQA and insurance qualification preferred At least 8 years training experience and 3 years management experience in agency management, agency training or sales management in life insurance industry. Good leadership and coaching skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good presentation and course facilitating skills.
