【職務内容/ Job Description】 Make the timely and accurate IFRS/JGAAP/Tax accounting/CSRD reporting and preparation of various financial statements, reporting and disclosures for local executives (Financial controller, BOD and ExCom members) and AXA Group finance departments (PBRC and BSID) with analysis comments/figures so that they can understand financial results and soundness appropriately - Identify the risks and opportunities through the analysis of financial figures and tax results and bring the economic value to the company - Find the financial/accounting solutions to enhance financial soundness and optimize the earnings, taxes and expenses within IFRS/JGAAP,Tax and CSRD regime - Lead the transversal projects among finance departments and other department as a supervisor (e.g. new products, Flyer projects, new organization/restructuring, pension optimization sand so on) - Support direct manager and solve the issues (internal and external) with proactive manner - Create an environment to motivate and develop staffs (e.g. technical or cross teams trainings), and promote career development and diversities 【求めるスキル・経験/ Required Skills and Experiences 】 - Financial Reporting Skills (IFRS/J GAAP) and Good Accounting Skills (IFRS/J GAAP), - Over 8 years work experience in accounting and Tax & at least 7 years of experience in Financial Reporting (IFRS/JGAAP) - Japanese (Business level), English (Business level) - Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP) - Facilitation skills - Book keeping more than 2nd level Nice to have - Tax account passed more than 2 examinations - CPA,USCPA 【ポジション魅力ポイント/Position Attractive Points】 As part of the financial reporting team, you will be responsible for negotiating accounting treatments with headquarters. The position provides a platform to leverage both your English communication skills and accounting expertise to facilitate clear, effective dialogue with global stakeholders and senior management. By directly collaborating with the HQ and external auditors, you will gain invaluable experience in IFRS reporting harmonizing local Japanese GAAP closing processes, as well as contributing to CSRD reporting requirements.
