YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Your job and daily missions: Manage the agenda of the Head of Group Performance Management and of the head of Actuarial. Organize and schedule meetings, including meeting with Group top executives and external third parties, for the Head of Actuarial and the Heads of sub-departements. Organize travelling arrangements for the Head of Actuarial and his team. Perform multifaceted general office support (purchases, expense accounts, ...). Collaborate with other executive and administrative assistants throughout the organization to ensure smooth execution and high-quality service. YOUR PROFILE Qualifications: Networking skills to interact within and outside the organization. Excellent time management and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Sound research skills and attention to detail. Appetite to learn and understand the environment. Experience of managing complex diaries and travel arrangements. Highly discreet and confidential. Fluent or bilingual French/English (written and oral). Anticipate needs and proactively bring together resources to fill these needs.
