Responsibilities: Support the Team Manager in driving and delivering projects for end users across the COO Division. Conduct end‑to‑end business analysis, including requirement gathering, feasibility and impact assessments, gap analysis, and preparation of Business Requirements Specifications (BRS). Work closely with IT, Platform Owners, Compliance, Product, Marketing, and external vendors to ensure smooth and aligned project delivery. Review and validate IT documentation (e.g., functional specifications, solution designs) to ensure accuracy and alignment with business needs. Participate in solution design discussions and provide recommendations on effective and scalable options. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenario creation, execution, and defect management. Develop training materials and deliver user training to support system adoption and readiness. Coordinate rollout activities, including Implementation Verification Testing (IVT) and post‑launch support. Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose ideas to enhance efficiency and user experience. Qualifications: University degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, Information Systems, or related disciplines. At least 5 years of proven experience in business analysis and project delivery within the insurance industry. Practical experience in project management. Strong understanding of operational processes and procedures. Solid knowledge of life insurance operations, products, and industry practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders. Resilient, proactive, and solution‑oriented, with strong skills in change management, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with the capability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Power Platform is an advantage.
