Our FinTech Business Unit-with hubs in Amsterdam, London, Shanghai, and Bangalore-is tasked with removing financial friction from the travel process. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the Tax track. This is a high-impact area focused on building a unified, global Tax Product to support the global ambitions of the business

The Role

As the Senior Product Manager for the Tax product, you will own the evolution of our global tax infrastructure. You will be responsible for defining the "how" and the "what" for a system that must handle immense transactional complexity (billions of data points) while remaining flexible enough to adapt to ever-changing global tax regulations. You will partner closely with GPMs and Engineering leaders to move from reactive delivery to a proactive, modular platform vision.

What You'll Be Doing

• Vision & Strategy: Define and execute a 1-3 year roadmap for the global Tax Product, building reusable Tax primitives and pluggable tax modules.

• End-to-End Leadership: Lead the product lifecycle from initial discovery and architectural alignment through to the execution of complex, multi-year programs.

• Legacy Transformation: Navigate and modernize legacy financial stacks. Ensuring current compliance obligations are met without compromising long-term technical integrity.

• Executive Stakeholder Management: Act as the bridge between Engineering and non-technical stakeholders (Finance, Accounting, and Tax Experts). You will translate complex technical logic into business risk/value for senior leadership.

• Stakeholder Influence: Manage a diverse stakeholder map, often arbitrating between conflicting priorities from different regional markets and long term capabilities.

• Operational Excellence: Partner with Engineering to define success metrics not just for "launch," but for platform health, latency, data integrity, and GTM velocity.

What You'll Bring

• 8+ years of Product Management experience - Experience working on Platform or Infrastructure products, or Regulatory compliance area a plus

• Technical Depth: You are comfortable discussing API contracts, data schemas, and system interdependencies with Engineers.

• Proven Grit: Experience operating in highly ambiguous, messy legacy environments. You have a track record of successfully refactoring complex systems while maintaining business continuity.

• Strategic Influence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convert and manage diverse set of stakeholders

• Domain Expertise: Prior experience in FinTech, Payments, or Tax Technology is a good to have

Agency: You are a detail-oriented leader who "rolls up their sleeves." You don't just identify problems; you drive the cross-functional solution to the finish line.
