  • Highly motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment

About the Role

As the Territory Director for the DACH region at Canary Technologies, you will take ownership of prospecting, closing, and managing revenue within the region. You will work directly with customers to build relationships, drive growth, and ensure the successful adoption of our products in the DACH market. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a strong understanding of the local market and the ability to execute independently.

Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth: Deliver against an overall revenue quota and establish sustainable revenue streams
  • Market Development: Build and execute go-to-market strategies, leveraging direct engagements, channel partnerships, and customer renewals to drive business growth
  • Strategic Planning: Develop a clear regional growth strategy, focusing on market penetration, customer acquisition, and long-term scalability
  • Thought Leadership: Represent Canary Technologies as a trusted industry expert at conferences, events, and networking opportunities to elevate the brand and drive regional awareness
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global teams across Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align regional goals with company objectives and ensure seamless execution
  • Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to support regional growth. Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and excellence
  • Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and engage target accounts through diverse channels, including email, phone, social media, direct mail, and in-person meetings
  • Sales Process Creation: Develop and refine an outbound sales process that can scale across the region
  • Pipeline Management: Leverage Salesforce and other tools for lead management, sales forecasting, and performance reporting
