JOB DESCRIPTION

At Cuatrecasas, we are looking for a student to join our Compliance team as an intern in our Barcelona office.
The selected candidate will join the internal Compliance team, supporting the implementation and maintenance of the firm's compliance programs.
A strong interest in corporate ethics, regulatory compliance, and sustainability will be highly valued.

DUTIES

Support in the implementation and maintenance of compliance programs

Collaborate in updating the risk map and risk and control matrix
Assist in the preparation and review of internal policies and procedures
Support training and awareness initiatives on compliance matters
Collaborate in monitoring processes to identify potential risks
Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and documentation
Support coordination with other departments
Maintain compliance databases and records

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to sign an internship agreement
• Availability to join full-time in September or October
• Academic background in compliance
