JOB DESCRIPTION
To help the project office managers and the LPM service to develop and maintain the project management methodology and manage large cases.
DUTIES
- Managing the project management tool
- Preparing reports for IT Department
Monitoring portfolio board (weekly)
Preparing methodology compliance report (monthly)
Preparing investment report (monthly)
Preparing ad hoc reports
- Helping the project manager to manage projects with the IT system
- Monitoring the project manager compliance with the methodology
- Helping the project office to improve the project management processes and practices
- Helping the LPM service to manage large cases and to define, assess and improve processes
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
-
Student of business studies, business administration and management, or technical or industrial engineering (organization)
- Experience in ICT projects valued
- Training and certification in project management valued (PMP, PMI, PMBOK, AGILE and Lean)
- Knowledge of JIRA platform valued
