Lawyer with 3–5 Years of Experience in the Corporate Area

Cuatrecasas is seeking a lawyer with three to five years of experience to join the Corporate/Real Estate practice at our Valencia office. We are looking for someone who wants to manage clients and cases in a top-tier legal environment and who has a passion for, and is committed to, the practice of law.

DUTIES

• The successful candidate will join the Corporate Practice team and collaborate with all types of commercial matters: real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other commercial transactions.
  

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• From 3 to 5 years experience in commercial law focused on corporate/real estate practice
• Good academic record
• Advanced English, minimum C1 level
