We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office and ensure a smooth and efficient work environment. This role is central to maintaining office operations, supporting internal teams, coordinating administrative processes, and fostering a positive workplace experience.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

About the role

Office Operations

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure the workplace runs smoothly.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, facilities, and service providers.
  • Ensure health, safety, and workplace policies are followed.

Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative support to leadership and internal teams.
  • Organize meetings, company events, and internal activities.
  • Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and logistics when required.
  • Maintain internal documentation and office procedures.

Vendor and Budget Management

  • Manage relationships with suppliers and external vendors.
  • Track office expenses and support budgeting processes.
  • Handle invoicing and purchase orders related to office operations.

Employee Experience

  • Support onboarding logistics for new hires.
    Help maintain a positive and organized workplace culture.
  • Coordinate team events, celebrations, and internal initiatives.

About you

  • 2-5 years of experience in office management, administration, or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Experience with office management tools and productivity software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
