Horse Technologies is part of Horse Powertrain Limited - an independent new powertrain solutions business, with over 125 years of heritage from Renault and Geely. We develop and produce world-class hybrid and combustion engines and transmissions to move our industry forward, offering many different paths to net zero.

This role is employed by Horse Technologies Division and is based in Valladolid, Spain , with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain's other sites.

What you will do

• Act as the global technical reference for LPDC (Low Pressure Die Casting) and GDC (Gravity Die Casting) processes.

• Define and validate industrial processes for new aluminum casting parts.

• Support global manufacturing sites and suppliers to achieve QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) targets.

• Develop, review, and deploy process standards, best practices, and technical specifications.

• Lead problem-solving and root cause analysis for casting defects.

• Drive innovation projects in LPDC/GDC technologies.

• Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies for part design and manufacturing.

• Collaborate with design engineering to ensure product-process compatibility.

What we're looking for

• A proven track record in LPDC and GDC aluminum casting processes and industrialization of new parts.

• An Engineering degree (Mechanical, Materials, or Industrial).

• Excellent skills in defect analysis and process optimization.

• Strong competencies in project management and cross-functional coordination, with a collaborative approach.

• Knowledge of the automotive sector and our ambition to transform the industry.

• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; French will be valued.
