Johnson & Johnson Neurovascular Division is a global neurovascular company that offers a broad portfolio of devices for aneurysm coils, vascular reconstruction devices and other technologies used in the endovascular treatment of cerebral aneurysms and ischemic stroke, minimally invasive solutions for stroke prevention and management, and the treatment of cerebral arteriovenous malformations.
We are searching for the best talent for Sales Representative, Cataluña y Levante
Purpose:
The Sales Representative develop and grow mutually beneficial customer relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, clinical and hospital administrators maintaining existing NV customer contacts and KOL relationships and approach competitor customers with a specific account plan, and in a manner that leads to meeting and exceeding business goals.
You will be responsible for:
Educate customers on all NV products to optimize effective usage by providing technical and clinical information and in-service trainings.
Prepare, plan and implement training and product demonstrations in-house.
Stay current on company products instructions for use (IFU), best practices and technical troubleshooting, marketing strategies as well as advanced clinical knowledge of the neurovascular fiel
Responsible for sales target achievement in geography of responsibility
Use consultative selling techniques to identify potential sales opportunities within the account
Maximize customer case support through proper planning and scheduling techniques
Drive collaboration and maintain consistent, open lines of communication across the assigned responsibilities with the local team as well as the support team and other internal and external partners.
Responsible for the ensuring supply of required products in Hospitals (depends per country)
Responsible for the tracking and maintenance of consignment warehouses in Hospitals (depends per country)
Responsible for analyzing the market in which they work: optimizing territory plans by consistently tracking market information, using data systems to run analysis on accounts/cost & impact decision making in account
Collaborate with local Marketing to implement strategies in the field
Cross business unit collaboration
Prioritize and appropriately respond to requests in a high-stress environment.
Maintain composure and problem solving focus during stressful interactions.
Maintaining Safe Fleet standards according to Company guidelines
Follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices
Responsible for ensuring personal compliance with all Company regulations, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
Master's Degree in Medical Engineered, Medical sciences or pharmaceutical related disciplines.
The ability to travel related to this role is required. Must be willing and able to travel up to 30% overnight locally, regionally, and nationally, sometimes on short notice.
Ability to work in a hospital environment setting, attending live patient cases.
Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken
A valid Driver's License
Good knowledge of MS Office and Internet Explorer
2-4 years Medical Device experience preferred
Experience working in sales in the medical devices sector preferred
Experience working with highly complex technical systems and/or working in a critical patient care setting, preferred.
Self-starter who performs well with autonomy and can be flexible in a dynamic work environment.
Problem solver who can think critically in high pressure environments.
Hunger for learning and building new skill
