Requisitos
What is important for the role:
Previous experience in distribution planning, supply chain, or inventory management (experience in fashion or retail is a plus).
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Good collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work with different teams and regions.
Proactive attitude and strong organizational skills.
Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI or distribution tools is a plus.
Understanding of key inventory concepts such as stock coverage or replenishment is beneficial.
Fluent in English and Spanish; French would be a plus.

We are looking for a Distribution Planner (temporary position for 6 months) to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will help ensure the right products reach the right stores at the right time, supporting our retail network worldwide and contributing to successful collection launches and product availability across markets.
Your role will be:
- Support the distribution of seasonal and permanent collections across stores and regions worldwide.
- Work closely with Merchandising and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth and timely product launches in stores.
- Monitor product availability in warehouses and stores, helping maintain the right stock levels.
- Help manage daily product allocations and replenishment based on market needs.
- Track stock levels globally and support stock rebalancing between stores, countries, and regions when needed.
- Collaborate with regional teams to improve product availability and service levels in stores.
- Provide visibility to internal teams on stock availability, incoming shipments, and product allocations.
- Support special shipping requests for press, events, or other brand activations.
- Contribute to process improvements and support initiatives that enhance distribution efficiency.
