🛠️ Job Responsibilities:

• Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.

• Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels.

• Job Advertising & Posting: Manage job postings across internal and external platforms.

• Applicant Evaluation & Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews.

• Interviewing & Assessing: Support interview processes and candidate assessments.

• Offer Generation: Contribute to the preparation of employment offers.

🎯 What We're Looking For:

• Required experience recruiting operational roles in the logistics sector.

• Proven experience in high-volume (mass) recruitment processes.

• Preferably prior experience working in a recruitment agency.

• Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under supervision and adhere to established standards.

• Conversational English proficiency.
