La posición:

Brindar soporte eficiente y de alta calidad a los clientes, resolviendo consultas, gestionando reclamos y asegurando una experiencia positiva en cada interacción. El soporte de Customer Facing actúa como enlace entre la empresa, sus clientes y sus proveedores, contribuyendo a la fidelización y mejora continua del servicio.

Serás responsable de:

  • Atender y resolver consultas de clientes a través de diferentes canales: teléfono, correo electrónico y Teams.
  • Registrar, validar y realizar el seguimiento de pedidos en SAP (referencias, fechas de entrega y cumplimiento de guidelines).
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos de Order to Cash y en la atención al cliente.
  • Coordinar con clientes internos y proveedores logísticos para la planificación de entregas y la resolución de incidencias.
  • Proponer iniciativas de eficiencia para la optimización de procesos internos y de los KPIs del área de Supply Chain.

Estamos buscando a alguien que:

Experiencia:

  • Mínimo 1-2 años en roles similares de atención al cliente o en áreas de Supply Chain, preferiblemente en empresa de Gran Consumo.

Conocimientos:

  • Manejo de herramientas de gestión (SAP, PBI)
  • Excel avanzado y habilidades de análisis de datos.
  • Conocimiento básico de KPIs de servicio al cliente.
  • Se requiere manejo del inglés hablado y escrito para el día a día

Habilidades:

  • Comunicación clara y empática.
  • Resolución de problemas.
  • Organización y gestión del tiempo
  • Mentalidad de crecimiento y mejora constante

Otros:

Se requiere trabajar en algunos Festivos NO Nacionales.
