The role

As a Junior Supply Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring product availability by supporting the alignment of supply with demand, managing risks, and coordinating product flows across the logistics network. You will gain end‑to‑end visibility of the supply chain while collaborating closely with different teams across Europe.

This is a great opportunity to develop your career in supply chain, as you will be involved in product launches, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement projects that drive business performance.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Support the optimisation of supply from our European production network in line with sales forecasts and target stock levels.
  • Assist in coordinating product flows and distribution within the logistics network, considering warehouse capacity constraints.
  • Help identify and communicate potential supply risks, supporting mitigation actions and follow‑up with cross‑functional teams.
  • Analyse recurring disruptions to understand root causes and contribute to improvement actions.
  • Support stock‑out analysis, promotion planning validation, and optimal stock allocation.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Despatch rate, Stock cover (DOH), and obsolescence.
  • Collaborate on new product launches and relaunches with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Demand Planning, and European teams.
  • Support initiatives to minimise obsolete stock and contribute to action plans with stakeholders.
  • Assist in repacking planning activities to ensure product availability in line with customer needs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and supporting optimisation initiatives.

We're looking for someone who

  • Has a Master's Degree from a recognised university (Engineering, Business Management or similar).
  • Has initial experience in supply chain roles (internship or 1-2 years).
  • Is fluent in English (daily communication with European teams).
  • Has strong analytical skills and is comfortable with Excel (PowerBI and PowerPoint are a plus).
  • Has knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems (planning tools like APO or RapidResponse are a plus).
  • Is eager to learn, proactive, and curious about supply chain operations.
  • Communicates clearly and works well in a team environment.
  • Adapts easily to a dynamic and fast‑changing environment.
  • Is organised, able to prioritise, and comfortable working under pressure.
  • Shows strong problem‑solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.

What you'll get

Alongside meaningful work and strong development, we offer a reward package that typically includes

  • Market-competitive pay and performance-related rewards
  • Flexible ways of working
  • Support for health, wellbeing and life outside of work
  • Time off to rest and recharge
  • Ongoing learning and development opportunities
  • Hybrid work model (2-3 days working from home per week)
  • 4 weeks of Flex Work per year: Opportunity to work fully remotely for an entire week
  • Restaurant card and canteen service in our offices
  • Private health insurance option, with Magnum covering 40% of the policy cost
  • Pension plan
  • Wellhub (Gym & wellbeing platform) access
  • Flexible working hours
  • Friday intensive working hours

And much more!
