Customer Operations (Swedish speaker) - (short-term position)

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements

• Must be based in Madrid (or able to relocate immediately) and hold a valid EU work permit for full-time employment (40 hours per week).
• Advanced proficiency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in customer service or similar roles.
• Ability to work with computer tools and customer management systems.
• Ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proactive and results-oriented attitude.

The successful candidate will perform the following duties

• Efficiently and professionally handle customer inquiries and requests in Swedish and English.
• Coordinate orders and ensure that established deadlines are met.
• Resolve issues related to products or services in collaboration with other departments.
• Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the internal system.
• Collaborate with the team to improve the department's processes and workflows.
• Provide administrative support to the operations team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare reports related to the activities of the Customer Service department.
