Requisitos

  • Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Engineering or related Life Sciences discipline.
  • Significant experience in Quality leadership roles within pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
  • Strong understanding of GMP regulations and pharmaceutical quality systems.
  • Proven experience supporting or leading regulatory inspections and audits; FDA inspection exposure is considered a strong advantage.
  • Experience working closely with manufacturing and operations leadership teams.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to lead large teams within complex and highly regulated environments.
  • Experience driving quality culture and organizational transformation initiatives is highly desirable.

Descripción

Reporting to the Global Quality Director, the successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership across pharmaceutical manufacturing quality activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities across multiple pharmaceutical manufacturing sites.
  • Ensuring GMP compliance throughout manufacturing, packaging, testing and batch disposition processes.
  • Driving inspection readiness and supporting regulatory inspections and audits.
  • Providing quality oversight for deviations, investigations, CAPAs, change controls and validation activities.
  • Partnering closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Technical Operations leaders to ensure product quality and business continuity.
  • Leading quality culture and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
  • Developing and coaching quality leadership teams while building organizational capability.
  • Supporting strategic projects including new product introductions, technology transfers and transformation initiatives
