Descripción
The People & Culture Data Specialist will provide operational and analytical support to the P&C Data & Insights team across ongoing initiatives that require complex People Data Management, including HRIS implementation, compensation review processes, and People Data reporting.Key Responsibilities:
- Support theongoingHRIS Data Migration & Implementation in all relevant phases:
- Support data collection activities
- Perform data cleansing and quality/completeness reviews
- Consolidate the collected data for templates' preparation
- Conduct data reconciliations
- Provide ad-hoc support, including hyper-care period
- Support the planning and execution of annual Global Compensation Review Processes, including:
- Preparing manager review files
- Consolidating recommendations and performing analysis to support approvals
- Analytics & Reporting
- Support in developing recurrent and ad-hoc reports and dashboards containing people data
