You will act as a key link between international working groups and senior leadership, ensuring alignment, consistency and progress across ongoing regulatory topics.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating international expert working groups and ensuring effective collaboration
- Supporting the development of position papers and technical documentation
- Preparing high-quality materials for engagement with European institutions
- Monitoring regulatory developments impacting the industrial sector
- Ensuring consistency and alignment across different technical discussions
- Supporting the Secretary General in the day-to-day operational management of the federation
- Contributing to the smooth functioning of a small and evolving Secretariat by taking ownership of selected administrative, organisational and operational tasks when needed
