Project Manager (Data & AI )

The successful candidate will bring a strong combination of project management, Data & AI understanding and stakeholder management skills.We are looking for:

• Around 5-8 years of experience in project management, technology consulting, Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence, digital transformation or AI-related initiatives.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end Data, BI, Analytics or AI projects.
• Previous exposure to real implementation projects, not only strategy or conceptual work.
• Good understanding of concepts such as databases, ETL processes, data pipelines, dashboards, analytics, AI and Generative AI.
• Ability to understand technical discussions without needing to be a software developer.
• Experience translating business needs into clear requirements for technical teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior business leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives, priorities and competing demands.
• Strong communication, empathy, judgement and influencing skills.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous and fast-moving environments.
• Experience in technology consulting, Data consulting, BI consulting or a large international company will be highly valued.
• Experience within consumer goods, retail, beauty, luxury or other brand-led environments would be an advantage.
• Professional fluency in English is essential.
• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum or Agile qualifications will be valued but are not mandatory.

This is not a traditional PMO position focused only on planning, reporting and administration. The successful candidate will need to understand both business requirements and the technology behind Data & AI solutions, acting as a key link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams

• Manage and oversee data and AI projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and address potential risks or issues proactively.
• Ensure effective communication between stakeholders and team members.
• Provide technical guidance and support for data and AI initiatives.
• Evaluate project outcomes and implement improvements for future projects.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies in data and AI relevant to the FMCG sector.
