Your unique contribution
We'relooking for a Creative Content Manager who thrives on turning insights into bold ideaswhich land the global strategylocallywith impact.In this role,you'llbe responsible forthe delivery of Ballantine'sassetswhichdriveimpact andeffectiveness at local level by creating assets tailored to drive market specificities tomake Ballantine's brandthe most desired.You'llcollaborate withGlobalCommunication&CultureandArchitecture & Portfolio teams,Centre of Excellence Comms&Cultureteam andLocalBrand teamsto ensure consistency & creativity, creating content that sparks engagement and strengthens brand equity.
Yourmain areasof responsibility:
Develop local creative assets based on global brand strategy and global big idea / CEP (Consumer Engagement Platform). Those assets can include:
Local ATL Campaign (all media)
Key digital assets (including social & influencer campaigns)
Innovation launch assets, adapted to meet market needs
Global strategic projects/ initiatives (as part of global project team)
ImplementingCultural activations in your markets to drive consistency,distinctionand impact. This can include activating key cultural moments connected to CEP and supporting amplification and content needs
Gather requirements from Global Brand Comms & Culture teams and local managers (within Market Co)regardingcreative content needs and local consumer insights.
Share creative brief guidelines with local marketing teams for other creative assets (e.g.BelowTheLine, Last3Feet)
Manage relationships with creative agencies and partners (incl. cost control / A&P management) where needed
Ensure developments are on-brand and on-strategy
Animate brand marketing community within the cluster to create synergies and increase consistency: content sharing, consumer activation best practices.
Note: The Global Brand Comms & Content team handles the big idea, terroir-specific visual assets, global sponsorship content, global brand pages, global app, and end-of-year innovation.

Internally,you'llwork with Central Brand teams at Brand Co, Senior Marketing teams in Drive Market (Marketing and Brand Directors / Marketing Managers), CentresOfExcellence, Local& Globalstudioswhen applicable. Community of Creative Content Managers fromotherBrand Cos
Externally,your contacts will be Global and local creative agencies, Local representatives of global partners

Strong experience in developing global and/or local creative campaigns
Strong experience in leading creative development with multiple stakeholders, including agencies
Passion for culture marketing and bringing brands to life through passion points
Experience working in the drive market culture, with strong understanding of wine & spirits category
Local language fluentproficiency:English,SpanishandFrench
