About the role

We're looking for an Operations Manager to help shape how we continue to expand and operate across the globe. You'll work on high-impact, card payment initiatives throughout the business, using insight to solve challenges, scale processes, and deliver better outcomes for our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Building and optimising global market expansion processes to launch card products in new regions
• Planning, leading, and executing projects to enhance core payments infrastructure in collaboration with engineers
• Leading product excellence initiatives to improve the end-to-end card lifecycle customer experience
• Managing critical relationships with key vendors across the entire card lifecycle
• Identifying, planning, and executing improvements to optimise unit economics

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
• A 2:1 degree or higher, preferably in a STEM subject
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Familiarity working with AI

Compensation range

• Krakow: PLN14,200 - PLN20,000 gross monthly*
• Vilnius: €3,300 - €4,500 gross monthly*
• Poland: PLN14,200 - PLN20,000 gross monthly*
• Lithuania: €3,300 - €4,500 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
