We enjoy being together and building things side by side, so we work in a hybrid model: 3 days in the office and up to 2 from home, a setup that requires being comfortable spending regular time in the office, as full remote is not available

What will make you succeed in this position:

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering (2025 / 2026 graduates)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Interest in aviation and airline operations, with curiosity beyond purely technical roles

• Comfortable working with data and structured analysis

• Fluent English (Spanish is a strong plus)

• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

• Open mindset and willingness to explore both technical and business-oriented roles
