THE WORK: Join Accenture's Talent team and contribute to initiatives that support business transformation and user adoption. In this role, you will help drive change management and stakeholder engagement activities while supporting a key client project through the coordination and follow-up of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End-to-End (E2E) testing activities. You will work closely with business and technology teams to ensure users are engaged, testing activities progress as planned, and project readiness objectives are achieved.
Support change management and stakeholder engagement activities across the project.
Coordinate and track User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End-to-End (E2E) testing activities.
Follow up with business and technical teams to ensure testing activities are executed as planned.
Track testing progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when required.
Coordinate defect management and support timely resolution of identified issues.
Prepare and communicate testing status updates to stakeholders.
Contribute to project readiness, user adoption, and testing sign-off activities.
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Experience in Change Management, Talent Transformation, PMO, project coordination, or related roles.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to proactively drive actions and follow up on pending activities.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
High School Diploma/GED in a relevant field of study.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or End-to-End (E2E) testing activities.
Experience in change management, communications, training, or user adoption initiatives.
Intermediate proficiency in Risk Management and Estimation & Planning.
Knowledge of Project Management methodologies (PMBOK or similar).
Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
