About the Program
Are you passionate about finance, analytics, business controlling, or accounting? Do you want hands‑on experience in a global technology company that is shaping the future of travel?
Amadeus is launching different opportunities within our Junior Talent Program, offering opportunities across different areas of Finance (Controlling, M&A Accounting, Billing & Reporting, Data & Programmatic Management, and Transfer Pricing).
This program is a unique chance to learn from experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and explore different career paths within the finance ecosystem.
Main Responsibilities
In this program, you will:
Support finance and business teams in daily operational, analytical, and administrative tasks.
Assist with the preparation of reports, documentation, presentations, and basic financial summaries.
Collaborate with colleagues on ongoing projects and routine financial processes.
Help collect, validate, and organize data to ensure information accuracy.
Shadow experienced team members to learn how finance partners with the business.
Contribute to maintaining internal trackers, documentation, and simple process improvements.
Participate in team meetings and cross‑departmental activities to understand end‑to‑end workflows.
Learn to use internal systems, tools, and best practices applied across different finance functions.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
Dual degree profiles (e.g., Law + Business) are also welcome.
Good command of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with tools like Power BI, SAP, Qlik, or Coupa is a plus.
Basic understanding of financial concepts (e.g., reporting, accounting, controlling).
Comfortable working with numbers and simple datasets.
Fluency in English is required.
Additional languages are a plus.
Curiosity and willingness to learn.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Analytical mindset and problem‑solving attitude.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to collaborate in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
Eligibility Criteria & Program Details
This internship program is delivered in collaboration with Fundación Universidad Empresa (FUE) and is subject to the following requirements:
Be under 30 years old at the internship start date
Have completed the most recent academic qualification within the last 4 years
Not have previously participated in a program managed by FUE
Not have held an employment contract with Amadeus after completing their studies
Hold one of the following academic qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (completed) OR Master Degree (completed)
Degree pending only the Final Thesis, or Final Thesis plus a maximum of 9 ECTS credits
This opportunity is particularly suitable for recent Bachelor's or Official Master's graduates with limited prior internship experience.
Expected start date: May-June 2026. Candidates must be fully available to begin full-time during this period
Duration of the program: 6 months + 6 months
Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
Location: Madrid
