About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Trainee for Customer Insights & Analytics (CIA) Team to support the creation and validation of service performance reports for internal and customer stakeholders. This internship offers hands‑on experience with data analysis, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), enterprise reporting tools, and cross‑team collaboration in a global technology environment.
What You Will Do
Assist in collecting, validating, and preparing data for SLA and operational reports.
Support incident documentation and performance impact analysis.
Contribute to reporting quality checks, template maintenance, and process improvements.
Collaborate with Service Delivery Managers and technical teams to clarify data requirements.
Learn and support basic use of tools such as Excel, Power BI, and monitoring platforms.
What We're Looking For
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data/Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Basic Excel skills required; familiarity with SQL or Power BI is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Eligibility Criteria & Program Details
This internship program is delivered in collaboration with Fundación Universidad Empresa (FUE) and is subject to the following requirements:
Be under 30 years old at the internship start date
Have completed the most recent academic qualification within the last 4 years
Not have previously participated in a program managed by FUE
Not have held an employment contract with Amadeus after completing their studies
Hold one of the following academic qualifications:
Higher Vocational Training Diploma (Formación Profesional de Grado Superior)
Bachelor's Degree (completed) OR Master Degree (completed)
Degree pending only the Final Thesis, or Final Thesis plus a maximum of 9 ECTS credits
This opportunity is particularly suitable for recent Bachelor's or Official Master's graduates with limited prior internship experience.
Expected start date: May-June 2026. Candidates must be fully available to begin full-time during this period
Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
Location: Madrid
Hybrid model: 50% office-based, 50% remote
