Senior Renewal Executive Europe

The Senior Renewal Executive is responsible for securing Amadeus Hospitality revenue by ensuring contracts are generated, renewed and processed on schedule. They will be accountable by maximizing revenue retention by escalating termination notices, customer objections and delayed renewals.

As a Senior Renewal Executive your role will be to:

Common accountabilities:

  • Has working experience and advanced and specialized technical/functional knowledge in own discipline. Understands how own area contributes to the business. Acts as a reference for colleagues with less experience and supports junior team members.​

  • Influences decisions related to own activity, anticipating dependencies and consequences in complex scenarios, contributes to transversal projects, proposes improvements to processes and is accountable for own and team commitments.​

  • Works independently within plan dictated by manager, with some guidance on most complex situations.

Specific accountabilities:

Retention activities

  • Responsible for the centralization, registration and quality check of all contractual documents prior to implementation and billing.

  • Engage clients to request contract signature and respond to questions and resolve issues

  • Responsible for registering incoming documents and coordinating the legal validation and Amadeus signature.

  • Update and maintain the database of contracted and implemented products per customer.

  • Escalate term request, objection or failure to renew to Sales for action and reminders

Relationship Management

  • Partnership with Sales as part of account team to support customers on renewal activities.

  • Work with Sales to promote adoption and usage, helping with daily customer requests and issues with internal teams.

  • Maintain Salesforce accuracy and tracking for all activities.

  • Help with analysis of renewals for Sales leaders with coordination across teams.

Reporting tools and systems:

  • Ensure timely and accurate CRM accounts management, quality of content, report preparation by the team.

  • Monitor effectiveness of training / adoption activities carried out by team for commercial teams.

  • Oversee, monitor, report and follow up on interfacing to other systems and tools (PowerBI, Salesforce) to ensure timely resolution / escalation.

  • Ensure all the material and documentation needed to be compliant with the sales process is available.

About the ideal candidate:

  • University degree in business or any related subjects.

  • 2-5 years sales/customer support, systems savvy, Microsoft office. Can manage projects, well organized, good written and communication skills, detailed oriented and some financial skills. The ability to solve problem.

  • Understanding of Hospitality industry is a plus.

  • Additional language is a plus.
