Overview Finance System & Data Controller Specialist is responsible to lead in the system maintenance and support finance application users across the business units for any issues to ensure they are functioning securely and effectively. Furthermore, review current existing process related to Finance Systems to improve efficiency of the system financial control. Responsibility Coordinate with business user to ensure the provision of efficient and effective finance systems function. Providing technical support to users of SUN Systems, FLIPS, GALAXY, and SAP FAM (SHIP). Resolving issues and delivering training to ensure users are proficient in using the system. Act as key business user as the point of contact for any request, issue that related to Finance Systems -, SAP FAM (SHIP), FLIPS, GALAXY, and SUN System. Support business user in terms of finance system solutions : FLIPS, SUN Systems, GALAXY, SAP FAM (SHIP) Upload SUN TB - Trial Balance into IDAS, upload SUN Drill TB into IDAS, upload Finance Dashboard Mapping into IDAS, refresh Finance Dashboard, monitor plan upload numbers of APE, NBV, BALANCE SHEETS, GWP, ME, OUTFLOWS & COMMISSIONS. Qualifications Min. bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Computer science or any related field Min. 4 years working experience in Finance or Accounting area with exposure in the finance system and governance.
