At Cuatrecasas we are seeking an after hours assistant for our Barcelona office
DUTIES
We are seeking to hire a person with initiative, the ability to multitask, and strong communication, organizational and IT skills.
The functions include:
- Processing client
identification for registration in our systems
- Opening cases and
clients in SAP
- Invoice processing
- Data collection
for reporting to auditors
- Managing possible
conflicts of interest
- Managing
documentation for the approval of advisory services subject to AML regulations
- Managing
scheduling and organizing meetings and travel
- Preparing
documents and presentations
- Handling phone
calls and messages
- Supporting event planning
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Intermediate English level (B2.2)
- Advanced Catalan
- Previous
experience as an assistant or in administration.
- Competency in
using digital tools
- Experience with
SAP is a plus
- Specific training in administration and finance is a plus
