At Cuatrecasas we are seeking an after hours assistant for our Barcelona office


DUTIES

We are seeking to hire a person with initiative, the ability to multitask, and strong communication, organizational and IT skills.

The functions include:

  • Processing client identification for registration in our systems
  • Opening cases and clients in SAP
  • Invoice processing
  • Data collection for reporting to auditors
  • Managing possible conflicts of interest
  • Managing documentation for the approval of advisory services subject to AML regulations
  • Managing scheduling and organizing meetings and travel
  • Preparing documents and presentations
  • Handling phone calls and messages
  • Supporting event planning

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Intermediate English level (B2.2)
  • Advanced Catalan
  • Previous experience as an assistant or in administration.
  • Competency in using digital tools
  • Experience with SAP is a plus
  • Specific training in administration and finance is a plus
