JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking to hire a lawyer with 1-3 years of experience in Public Law to join our Barcelona office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will actively integrate into the team and collaborate on all types of advisory matters in this area: providing advice, preparing reports, participating in administrative proceedings and judicial reviews, and handling due diligence and corporate acquisitions involving or applying public law and regulations governing economic activities.

He or she will work in coordination with other associates specializing in public law and other areas of law, and will report directly to the lead counsel for each matter.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Strong academic credentials.
• 1-3 years of prior experience in public law.
• High level of English (minimum Advanced level).
• Professional capable of generating and sharing new knowledge, sensitive to business needs, and in continuous pursuit of efficiency and excellence.
