JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking to hire a lawyer with 4-6 years of experience in Labor and Employment, managing high-level cases and clients.

The successful candidate will be an active member of the team and will collaborate on all types of advisory matters in this area: hiring, salaries, senior management, social security, dismissals, business succession, collective bargaining agreements, working hours, substantial modifications, labor inspections, disciplinary proceedings, and labor litigation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include managing or participating in cases according to the strategy defined with partners or senior associates: in-depth analysis, client contact, preparation of appeals and representation at hearings, drafting reports and technical documentation, active collaboration with more senior lawyers, and support for less experienced professionals.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 4-6 years of experience in labor and employment law within a top-tier legal environment, with a passion for and commitment to the practice of law.
• High level of English (minimum Advanced level).
• Passion for and commitment to the practice of law.
