What you'll do
Lead product go-to-market for your markets
Plan and execute product launches for Italy, France, and Spain, ensuring strong market impact and clear positioning. You may also lead international product launches beyond southern Markets, coordinating execution across multiple regions when assigned.
Drive product adoption
Work closely with selected product domains to increase awareness, usage, and engagement after launch. Identify and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen product adoption.
Own regional marketing performance
Track and analyze local marketing performance metrics, identifying & executing opportunities to improve acquisitionin your markets.
Develop strong market insights
Build a deep understanding of customer needs, competitive dynamics, and local market conditions across Southern Europe, and use these insights to shape messaging, campaign strategies.
Shape messaging and campaigns
Develop clear product messaging and creative concepts that resonate with local audiences and support effective marketing initiatives.
Collaborate across teams
Partner with Product, Analytics, Creative, Paid Media, PR, CRM and more to align initiatives and deliver coordinated market impact.
Represent the voice of your markets
Advocate for the needs and opportunities of Southern European markets in product and marketing discussions.
What you'll bring
Product marketing experience
5+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, and/or brand marketing, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or B2B environments.
Strong project leadership
Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to lead complex initiatives across teams in a matrix organization.
Execution focus
Highly action-oriented, flexible, and hands-on, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and move initiatives forward.
Market expertise
Strong familiarity with Southern European markets, particularly Italy, France, and Spain, and an understanding of SME customer needs.
GTM leadership
Experience leading product go-to-market initiatives and driving product adoption across markets.
Messaging and creative thinking
Ability to develop clear positioning, compelling messaging, and strong marketing concepts that resonate locally.
Data-driven mindset
Comfortable working with performance data and turning insights into practical growth initiatives.
Language and market fit
Fluency in English is required. Candidates should be native speakers of either Italian and/or French, with strong familiarity with the respective local market.
