This role is employed by Horse Powertrain Solutions and is based in Madrid, Spain, with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain's other sites.

This profile will provide strategic and operational support. He/She will be in contact with external teams related to Digital Workplace, ITSM Project, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), while defining workflow processes and managing platforms such as ServiceNow.

The role involves developing strategies for presentation to management committees, validating technical and financial requirements, and operating with a high degree of autonomy to represent the function at senior level.

What we're looking for

• A proven track record of 6-10 years of experience in IT support, service operations, and enterprise service platforms.

• Outstanding ServiceNow and RPA/automation solutionsskills.

• Strong communication and organizational skills, coupled with a collaborative mindset.

• Excellent written and spoken English; good working knowledge of Spanish or French would be an advantage.
