Position overview

TheCapital Equipment & Commercial Excellence Specialistis accountable for the end-to-end management of the Electrophysiology (EP) capital equipment fleet in Spain, including both company-owned assets and third-party assets (POLOs), ensuring effective planning, deployment, optimization, and full regulatory compliance.

This role combines strategic and analytical rigor with strong operational execution and is critical to maximizing the contribution of capital equipment to business growth. The position serves as a key interface across commercial teams, marketing, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business unit priorities, enterpriseobjectives, and compliance requirements.

The role creates measurable value through improved asset productivity, accelerated installation timelines, and identification of commercial opportunities that strengthen market performance.

KeyResponsibilities:

CapitalEquipmentFleet Management

  • Maintainaccurate, up-to-date records and documentation for all installed equipment, including company-owned and third-party assets.

  • Overseecontractual regularization, technical requirements, and maintenance standards across the installed base.

  • Monitorthe financial performance of the installed base and recommend corrective actions to improve return on assets.

NewEquipmentDeployment

  • Leadthe development of business cases supporting new capital equipment investments.

  • Coordinateinternal approval workflows and ensure full adherence to corporate policies and procedures.

  • Driveefficient installation processes whilemaintainingthe highest standards of compliance and execution excellence.

Strategyand BusinessAnalysis

  • Analyzemarket dynamics, sales trends, and commercial performance to refine equipment strategy and commercial models.

  • Identifydata-driven growth opportunities and commercial optimization initiatives.

  • Contributeto strategic planning in alignment with regional priorities and enterpriseobjectives.

Cross-FunctionalCollaboration

  • Partnerclosely with Marketing and commercial teams to define and execute the capital equipment deployment strategy.

  • Supportcontract negotiations with strategic customers and key accounts.

  • Ensurea high standard of customer satisfaction and robust post-sales follow-up.

ComplianceandGovernance

  • Ensurecompliance with all regulatory, policy, and governance requirements related to capital equipment.

  • Championbest practices and operational excellence across all related processes.

MinimumRequirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in data management and/or project execution.

  • Strong knowledge of the Arrhythmias market in Spain.

  • Proventrack recordin managing complex projects.

  • Strong organizational capability and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple levels.

  • Strategic, forward-looking, and innovation-oriented mindset.

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent experience will also be considered.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€55.400,00 - €87.860,00
