Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and curious individual to join our team as a Regional Technical Consultant. As part of our team, you will support dairy farmers in the effective use of innovative technological solutions, working closely with experienced colleagues who will guide you every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute across a range of activities that will help you build a strong professional foundation:
- Technical Product Support - Build a solid working knowledge of our dairy technology solutions, including product functionality, data interpretation, and practical farm applications.
- On-Farm Technical Assistance - Conduct farm visits alongside senior colleagues, helping customers integrate technology solutions into their daily operations.
- Customer Technical Support - Respond to customer technical enquiries related to product usage and functionality, using CRM tools and established support processes.
- Product Launches and Pilots - Participate in new product launches and pilot projects by supporting installations, training activities, and structured feedback collection.
- Collaboration with Commercial Teams - Provide technical input to sales and customer success teams to support customer discussions and ensure the appropriate use of technology solutions.
- Learning and Development - Actively engage in internal training programmers, certifications, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to continuously build your technical expertise.
- Documentation and Feedback - Accurately document customer interactions and collect structured feedback to support ongoing product and service improvement.

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with a university degree in animal science, zootechnics, agriculture, information technology, or a related field. An advanced degree or specialization is an advantage but is not required for this position.
Experience & Skills
We welcome applications from candidates with up to 3 years of experience in a technical, agricultural, or customer-facing role, as well as from recent graduates eager to launch their careers. The following will help you succeed in this role:
- Basic understanding of dairy production systems, including reproduction, cow health, nutrition, and milk quality
- Strong willingness to learn and develop technical expertise
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow structured processes
- Interest in digital solutions and monitoring technologies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel (up to approximately 60% of working time)
- Fluent Polish, both written and spoken - required
- Good command of English, both written and spoken - required
- Basic familiarity with CRM or similar tools is an advantage
