Accountant Specialist

Outrigo is an engineering consultancy dedicated to offering virtual and physical solutions for vehicle development that drive innovation by pushing the boundaries of technology and engineering.

We are looking for an organized and proactive Accountant Specialist for our office in Santa Oliva and Barcelona. The ideal candidate will be a responsible person with accounting and finance skills who wants to actively contribute to the growth and professionalization of our financial department from a strategic and continuous improvement perspective.

Responsibilities

• Execute the complete accounting cycle: general accounting, assets, provisions, depreciation and reconciliations.

• Record and review daily accounting operations (revenue, expenses, depreciation, etc.)

• Bank reconciliations and management and accounting of collections/payments

• Preparation and submission of taxes (IVA [VAT], IRPF [Income Tax], etc.)

• Monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.

• Preparation and submission of monthly financial reports for management.

• Accounting administrative functions generated by the position itself.

• Collaboration with other departments (purchasing, operations, HR)

Experience / Minimum Requirements

• Technical or university degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

• +5 years of experience in general accounting and taxation, preferably in fast-growing environments.

• Solid knowledge of Spanish accounting/tax regulations and proficiency in accounting software (SAP experience is essential).

• Good command of computer tools, especially Microsoft Excel (High level).

• Communication and teamwork skills.

• Proactive, responsible attitude, attention to detail, analytical ability, and organization.

• Availability to work in Santa Oliva.
