The Opportunity: We are seeking an HR Intern for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 12 months to support our core processes. You will dive deep into the inner workings of a scaling tech company, helping us streamline delivery while building your own professional toolkit.

What will you be working on?
Preparing documents, guidelines, and procedures with the manager
Recruitment of new interns:
Screen resumes and application forms
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
Post, update, and remove internship positions from job boards
Preparing and sending offer and rejection emails to candidates.
Onboarding process
Prepare HR-related reports as needed
Collect documents necessary to sign the contract of interns
Manage the documents and files for the upcoming interns
Organize online celebration events for special occasions (birthdays, etc.)
Close cooperation with the team
Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the PASSNFLY team!
What do we require from you?
Bachelor's degree or studying toward one
Mandatory internship or the ability to provide a Learning Agreement from your university
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and G-Suite
Fluency in English – oral and written
Collaborative and teamwork skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Accountability and organizational skills
Effective communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Detail-oriented
Minimum availability of 3 months
Good spoken and written command in other languages is a prerequisite

PASSNFLY is a start-up company established in 2012, based in central Barcelona, Spain, providing a digital solution for checking in to flights. Passengers are automatically getting checked in to their preferred seats and sent the boarding pass to their phone. By doing so, the passenger does not have to print out the paperwork, since the boarding pass can be displayed on their phone when arriving at the airport. Currently, PASSNFLY is providing check-in for more than 200 airlines, while still expanding.
In the company, there is a start-up atmosphere, working as one big team. Moreover, the management structure is flat and very integrated. The collaboration between managers and interns is tight. Great online integration meetings are organized, and the team is always in to celebrate big occasions, like holidays and birthdays. The team is very young, dynamic, and international. So, take this opportunity and become part of our family! Currently, the team is looking for an HR intern, to support us for a period of a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 12 months.
