⭐ Mission:
Join us as a Customer Loyalty & Community Builder for our French Market to strengthen brand attachment among our 600,000 satisfied customers. Your goal is to turn our satisfied french clients into brand advocates and make them feel part of something bigger.
⚡ Impact:
In this role, you will work closely with Delphine (Head of Marketing FR), and will create experiences at scale through different levers, in order to increase word of mouth and make Qonto customer experience shine on social media platforms.
👩💻🧑💻 As a Customer Loyalty & Community Builder at Qonto, you will:
- Design scalable experience for a large base of satisfied customers through different levers (CRM, events, community, ambassador program, goodies, videos...) - and even for busy entrepreneurs who do not have time to join a community.
- Build an "à la carte" involvement model for clients who do want to engage (e.g. product feedback, referrals/affiliate, testimonials & social content, event co-hosting)
- Leverage and grow our two key communities: the Ambassador Program with over 1,000 members and StrongHer, our community for women entrepreneurs
- Run experiences and events (online and onsite, including in regions) that create strong Brand moments
- Amplify social proof by turning client experiences into high-performing content on Qonto and clients' channels
- Partner with Brand, Social, CRM, Product and Customer teams to ship cohesive experiences end-to-end and measure impact
🤔 What you can expect:
- Market Context: Create a new engagement function in France and scale it to a large client base
- Team Collaboration: Work in a highly cross-functional environment (Brand, Social, CRM, Product, Customer Experience)
- Methods & measurement: Mix creativity with strong execution, testing, segmentation and clear success metrics (engagement, advocacy, referrals, social visibility)
🤝About your future manager:
Delphine values autonomy and drive in her team members, encouraging hands-on approaches including writing campaigns and managing projects independently. She supports professional growth by fostering creativity and maintaining close client contact to inform strategy. With her background in marketing and customer engagement, Delphine brings strategic vision while giving you the freedom to build and execute your own initiatives in this new role.
🏅About You:
- You have 5+ years of experience building customer engagement programs at scale (high volumes, strong operational rigor). Entrepreneurial or freelance experience is a plus
- You know how to segment audiences and offer different ways to engage, from low‑effort to high‑commitment
- You are creative and up to date on what works (CRM strategy, event formats, creator-led growth, social mechanics)
- You are structured and reliable: logistics, timelines, budgets, stakeholders
- You are comfortable being scrappy and hands-on, testing and iterating quickly
- You are fluent in French and English
