THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE

Savings & Investment Domain is looking for a Digital Product Analyst based in Boadilla, Madrid.

As a Digital Product Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the definition, measurement and continuous improvement of the global S&I Platform across geographies.

You will work at the intersection of business, customer journeys, data and technology, helping ensure that product initiatives are not only delivered, but also measured, optimized and aligned with strategic objectives.

Within the Global Digital Product Strategy & Experience team, your focus will be on product performance tracking, identification of pain points across markets, and supporting Product Owners in driving data-informed decisions and scalable improvements across the platform.

You will contribute to high-impact, cross-market initiatives that shape the evolution of digital Savings & Investments capabilities.

  • Support Product Owners in the definition and tracking of product KPIs and performance metrics.

  • Contribute to the identification and prioritization of customer and operational pain points across geographies.

  • Structure and Monitor product KPIs and contribute to performance analysis and optimization.

  • Support performance analysis of digital journeys (conversion, drop-offs, engagement, adoption).

  • Collaborate with countries to gather inputs and help translate them into structured insights and actionable improvements.

  • Coordinate with Data & Technology teams to ensure proper tracking and analytics implementation.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the global S&I platform through data-driven recommendations.

  • Support testing, validation and post-go-live impact assessment of new features.

  • Identify, assess and propose new product features and enhancements.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external providers as needed.

Professional Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital product, business analysis, consulting or performance/analytics roles (Required)

  • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives involving business, technology and data teams (Required)

  • Exposure to financial services, digital platforms or customer-facing journeys (Preferred)

Education

  • University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data, Technology or related fields (Preferred)

Languages

  • Fluent English and Spanish (Required).

Hard Skills

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to structure data into actionable insights (Required)

  • Experience working with KPIs, dashboards or performance tracking tools (Required)

  • Understanding of technology concepts and development principles (Required).

  • Basic understanding of digital development principles, product lifecycle and agile delivery environments (Preferred)

  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Excel advanced, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, SQL basics) (Preferred)

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and test hypotheses on trends and opportunities (Required)

  • Structured and solution-oriented thinking, with strong problem-solving capabilities (Required)

  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams and geographies (Required)

  • Proactive and improvement-driven attitude, with curiosity to challenge existing processes and propose scalable solutions (Required)

  • Customer-focused mindset with ability to translate user insights into structured improvement actions (Preferred)

  • Interest in leveraging data and emerging technologies (e.g., AI-driven insights) to enhance product performance and customer experience (Preferred)

  • Curiosity and willingness to learn in a complex environment (Preferred)
