We are currently hiring for a Consultant PM to join our Consulting team for our new projects in Valencia.

What will your responsibilities be?

Our Consulting department takes responsibility for providing project management support, professional business and strategic guidance services as well as technical continuous improvement advice to our Volkswagen Group partners.

As a Business PM Consultant, your daily tasks will be the following:

• Project support: Supporting consulting projects from conception to implementation for digital transformation projects.
• Project management: Application of project management methods.
• Problem solving: Structuring content and solving problems creatively and independently.
• Presentation and moderation: Of meetings at different hierarchical levels as well as across different company cultures.
• Active role in the company: Working on topics in parallel (this applies to customer projects, internal topics as well as support in business development).

What requirements are we looking for?

• University degree focused on management, economics, engineering, or other quantitative driven academic background (advanced education - Master level - in Business Management is a plus).
• At least 3 years of professional experience in management consulting or similar area, with relevant digital transformation experience.
• Some experience in structure and process analysis for transformation projects (in automotive industry is a plus).
• Mastering Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel) and Teams (Power BI and Agile are a plus).
• Structured, analytical and data driven mindse.
• Good competences in moderation and facilitation of workshops.
• Clear and structured communication style, with strong presentation skills, including with client senior management.
• Excellent intercultural and teamwork competence.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills (German is a plus).
• Willingness to travel occasionally (Europe and North/South America), as well as enjoying the day-to-day consulting dynamics and new challenges.
