We're hiring an experienced Platform Architect who owns architecture and technical program coordination for a corporate social responsibility (CSR) platform build. Defines IaC standards, environment strategy, CI/CD patterns, and data architecture direction that all engineering teams follow. After the initial platform stabilization phase, shifts to cross-cutting technical oversight - unblocking teams, resolving dependencies, and ensuring architectural coherence across delivery including reporting, data lake, and payments domains.

What You Will Build

• Consolidated infrastructure-as-code strategy, migrating from older Serverless Framework and Terraform codebases to a modern serverless framework

• Environment provisioning pipeline (dev, staging, production parity)

• CI/CD standardization across multiple product repositories using GitHub Actions

• Cross-team dependency resolution for shared services (authentication, API gateway, data layer)

• Data architecture oversight: warehouse strategy, BI tool migration direction, reporting pipeline patterns

• Technical program coordination across 8 capability areas with staggered delivery timelines

Required Skills

• Expert usage of AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or equivalent)

• Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi, AWS CDK, or equivalent)

• AWS serverless architecture: Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Secrets Manager, SSM

• Serverless framework experience (SST, Serverless Framework, or equivalent)

• Aurora PostgreSQL operational knowledge

• Data platform architecture awareness (data lakes, warehouse patterns, BI tooling)

• GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline design

• Multi-environment deployment strategy (blue-green, canary)

• Technical program management: dependency mapping, critical path analysis, cross-team coordination

• Strong written communication for architecture decision records

Nice to Have

• Legacy enterprise system migration experience (monoliths, on-prem, large-scale platforms)

• Java / JVM ecosystem or Oracle Database background

• Snowflake / dbt familiarity

• Payment platform architecture (Stripe or equivalent)

• Observability tooling (structured logging with Pino, distributed tracing)

• Load testing (K6)
