As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for converting qualified opportunities into new Amenitiz customers. This is a high-impact role with clear goals: run high-quality demos, close deals efficiently, and ensure customers are set up for long-term success.

Your mission:
  • Become the face of Amenitiz for hoteliers in Spain - lead consultative conversations, run high-impact demos, and show prospects how to grow their business with our platform.

  • Own your deals end-to-end: from the moment a lead is qualified to the moment they sign - building trust, creating urgency, and driving a smooth, fast sales cycle.

  • Partner closely with our SDR team to maximize lead quality and win rates - sharing feedback, improving handovers, and building a high-performing acquisition engine together.

  • Build momentum every day by keeping your calendar full and consistently running 3+ demos/day - because top performers don't wait for pipeline, they create it.

  • Win the right customers and set them up for success from day one, collaborating with Customer Success to turn new signings into long-term partnerships.

  • Level up every week by tracking your performance, refining your pitch, and helping us scale a world-class sales organization.

About you:
  • Over 1-2 years of Business Development experience, including leading product demos and consistently closing deals.
  • You are a Spanish native speaker and have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Great motivation and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are passionate about what you do and always looking to go the extra mile!
  • You have strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask.
  • You love challenges and exceeding goals as a team!
  • You have a healthy competitive nature and always strive to be the best but never at the expense of others.
