The Team:

You will join the Sales Enablement team. The team empowers Sales Executives and BDR to acquire role-specific knowledge and develop the skills to drive business growth. We do that through the design and execution of innovative training and enablement programs, the delivery of tailored training and enablement sessions, actionable data insights, and a consultative approach that fosters a growth mindset


The Role:

As a Celonis Sales Enablement Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales Enablement team in creating impactful enablement programs for our global sales organization. To do this, you will work closely with enablement managers and the go-to-market organization to organize onboarding processes, enablement calls, and annual sales certifications. You will also support our Sales Enablement team in operating our sales enablement platform (Seismic) to enhance and smooth the user experience and in creating learning experiences for our global customers and partners on their journey to becoming true Celonis experts. 


The work you'll do:

  • Operate on our Sales Enablement Platform
  • Curate, upload and maintain GTM content on the Sales enablement Platform
  • Support enablement operations, e.g. learner webcasts setup and other digital forms of training delivery
  • Support our Sales Enablement team in designing, planning, and delivering enablement roadmaps and programs globally 
  • Support in communicating enablement initiatives and  programs to our global Sales organization
  • Support and organize the delivery of enablement content in our weekly enablement calls
  • Build surveys to identify enablement gaps to influence strategic program decisions


The qualifications you need:

  • Graduated Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Management, Business Analytics or comparable
  • Strong support mindset and organizational talent 
  • Think analytically, work in a structured manner, and quickly comprehend new topics and interrelationships
  • Have strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with various internal stakeholders
  • Good understanding of complex business processes
  • Strong communication and writing skills in English
  • Located in Madrid to work one-site from the Celonis Office
