JOB DESCRIPTION
Support the HR team with its tasks and projects at the Barcelona office.
DUTIES
Support in the department's administrative tasks:
- Administrative support of the department's tasks and filing system
- Absence management
- Administrative support of new hires (including contracts, registration in database and documentation control)
- Updating of the SAP-HR information system database
- Administrative support of the flexible compensation plan
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Currently studying labor and employment relations
- Student placement agreement through a specific HR master's degree is advantageous
- Motivation and proactivity to learn and put into practice technical knowledge acquired is highly valued
- Intermediate-high level of English
